3-Ingredient Blueberry Smoothie
This recipe really couldn’t be more simple; it also provides approx. 20g protein and almost 30g carbs and it’s packed with antioxidant polyphenols!
Ingredients (serves 1)
150ml milk
80g frozen blueberries
150g pot berry yoghurt (the Arla Skyr mixed berries is perfect)
Method
Add all the ingredients to a Nutribullet or blender and blitz til smooth.
Enjoy!
If you only have fresh blueberries, add some ice to the blender
