3-Ingredient Blueberry Smoothie

This recipe really couldn’t be more simple; it also provides approx. 20g protein and almost 30g carbs and it’s packed with antioxidant polyphenols!

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 150ml milk

  • 80g frozen blueberries

  • 150g pot berry yoghurt (the Arla Skyr mixed berries is perfect)

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a Nutribullet or blender and blitz til smooth.

  2. Enjoy!

If you only have fresh blueberries, add some ice to the blender
